♔ MAIN STORY ♔
This verse will revolve around the characters and the main story. The main story being about the ongoing war between "The Rebellion" and "The forces of Asmodeus". After Asmodeus fell from Heaven, he swore someday he'd destroy heaven and the rebellion against him.
The rebellion isn't just made up of angels however. Other demons and beings of all types have joined the rebellion, their leader being a young seraph who has taken the crown and swore he'd stop Asmodeus and his forces.
Before the start of life and creation itself, God birthed 4 seraphim. In order of birth, their names were Lucio, Aryan, Asmodeus and Samael (Now name Jackson).
As god created land and nature, Lucio created the birds, Aryan created mammals of all kinds, Asmodeus creating reptiles and amphibians, whilst Samael created the first insects.
Together, they created all that is seen in all 4 realms, that including hell and the mortal realm. When leaving the mortals to enjoy their home, God created the first fruit tree for his sons, in which was forbidden to be eaten by mortal tongue.
When god swore he would stop interfering, he left the responsibility to his 4 sons. It was soon after he'd left, the siblings began fighting. This caused a divide, as the mortals and angels were collectively beginning to doubt the prince's rule.
After Asmodeus fell a few thousand years later and Jackson (previously Samael) became heavens ruler, an ongoing war between Asmodeus, his forces and the rebels who sided with heaven to stop Asmodeus from destroying the peace.

RULE #1
Don't be a dick.
I'm hoping that everyone here respects each other as writers. Hate such as: HOMOPHOBIA, TRANSPOBIA, RACISM, SEXISM, ETC, will not be tolerated and if the verse creators find out a member is being hateful, you will be KICKED from the verse.
RULE #2
read it delicately.
A person’s character is very important to them no matter how silly that sounds. You should never just assume that doing something you haven’t warned them about is okay (unless they tell you beforehand that they don’t mind). This can range from injuring their character to smutting with them. You want your partner to have just as much fun as you do and that’s not going to happen if one of you makes things uncomfortable.
I’m not telling you to ask them if every single thing you post is alright; common interaction and maybe spicing it up just a little should be perfectly fine. There’s no reason to freak out if your character, say, touches their character’s shoulder. They can shrug it off or let it be - no big deal. But if you want to smash their character’s face in with a hammer, make sure you let them know what you’re planning.
RULE #3
do not force a relationship.
This mainly applies to roleplays that include canon characters from this verse. The writers are trying to keep them in-character - that usually won’t include them humouring your romantic advances. It’s probably okay to ask them if they’d like to, but try not to get disappointed if they say no.
It can also apply to original characters added to the verse. Perhaps their creator wants to keep them single; we should respect that. If they want to flirt or be your boojank, that’s awesome and good for you! But don’t get upset when your character is rejected. As far as relationships go, everyone has a 50/50 chance. And might I add to this that never, under any circumstances, should you take it personally. Roleplays are not real life. The roleplayers are not actually the embodiment of the characters they’re typing about. It’s their choice whether or not they want their character in a relationship.
RULE #4
no godmodding.
Only a few people will allow this on their verse. You should never automatically assume it’s okay to do something drastic without permission.
Also to add, there are characters in this verse that are stronger than others, so keep that in mind when choosing your character!
RULE #5
respect each other’s characters.
Playing characters from this verse and playing your own character is no different, both should be treated the same.
You can create your own character, as long as you can fit it into the verse, you have full freedom with your lore and origin.
RULE #6
One of the most common “rules” that I see on people’s roleplays is Mun ≠ Muse. This conveys two things to potential RP partners.
Anything the muse might say or do during the RP does not directly reflect the views or opinions of the mun.
(If applicable) the mun understands that the character they are portraying is problematic, and they do not agree with or condone what their character is doing.
Villainous characters are fun even if we don’t agree with what they’re doing - and would never do those things in real life. Anyone looking to interact with a villain needs to understand that they’re going to see sensitive/problematic content and that content does not represent the villain’s mun in any way.
RULE #7
is share the (in-character) drama
Take turns. Your friend’s OC Joey gets his leg cut off in a freak accident. Cool, focus on that for a while, let Joey take center stage. After you’ve milked all the entertainment out of that you could have a chill period where it’s just the two of your characters doing normal things. Or you could be a wrathful god and immediately thrust the characters into the next situation where your OC loses her memory or gets a new super power or what have you. Each character gets to shine for a reasonable amount of time, neither of the muns lose interest due to boredom (or annoyance).
Do not let this person make the RP only about their character all the time. I guarantee you it will only end in bitterness.

BROTHERS STORY CONTINUED
Asmodeus's Banishment
Asmodeus wasn't close to anyone but Lucifer, who was sent to hell to rule Hell. So he got closer with his brother Samael, who he raised like his own son.
A few thousand year later, Asmodeus found some lost history. He'd found an ancient power of chaos had been hidden in a tomb, sealed in a dragons mask, a creature he created but Lucio had smitten down himself when he found them went against Gods rule.
Finding this mask only led to Lucio threatening Asmodeus with banishment, in which he'd plotted to run away with Samael.
When taking the mask and Samael to the portal to hell, Lucio intervened and forbid Asmodeus from taking Samael. It was only when a fight broke out, Asmodeus was banished and kicked through the portal, Samael being taken back to heaven by Lucio.
Samael's Death and Re-birth
Heartbroken after not being able to go with Asmodeus to hell, Samael spent most of his time hoping someday someone would take him. He knew Lucio would never let him go, but he pleaded Lucio to allow a guard to take him to the mortal realm to play. Lucio soon gave in and only allowed him to go if he had 2 guards with him. He had to accept.
It was every time he visited the mortal realm that he'd plot his escape. Whilst the guards napped, he'd sneak off to meet his new friend, a demon he'd met in woods, Solomon.
Solomon was a demon banished from hell, one that enjoyed the prince's company and who swore he'd someday take him to hell. Their friendship grew the more they saw each other, and soon, the plan was set and in motion.
When the guards were put to sleep finally, Samael took his things and headed towards the gate to hell, that was hidden in a thick forest nearby. Samael was meant to meet Solomon at the gate, but what greeted him there wasn't so kind.
Upon Solomon's arrival, he would find that a demon who guarded the gate had gotten to Samael first. Samael had been poisoned and no antidote was close.
Meanwhile Lucio had caught on about the plot to leave and had made his way to the gate, finding Solomon holding Samael in his arms and the corpse of a demon. He knew what happened, and use this opportunity to his advantage. He told Solomon that Samael was only dying because of the results of his stupidity, and that he couldn't be cured. (Which was a lie)
Lucio had no sympathy and retreated back to heaven, leaving Solomon to show Samael mercy, not wanting the boy to suffer any longer.
Samael died that day and Solomon gave his body to Asmodeus, who's fury was only fuelled by Samael's death.
It was a few thousand years later and Samael had been reborn, but was immediately sent to the mortal realm by Lucio, who had no time to raise him. There, he was raised by a priest, Malcolm.
Since Malcolm was a big Michael Jackson Fan, he named the child Jackson.
That's when Jackson's story began.
